Support
General support
Questions about your account, your organisation's figures, an export that looks wrong, or how a number was arrived at. If you are querying a specific figure, include the organisation name and the date range — every stored event keeps the factor set version that produced it, so a figure can be reconstructed exactly as it was reported.
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you have found a vulnerability, please write to the address above rather than opening a public issue, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and what you were able to reach — a proof of concept is welcome, a live exploit against another organisation's data is not.
What we will do: acknowledge that a human has read it, tell you whether we can reproduce it, and tell you when it is fixed. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that stays within your own account and stops at the point of demonstrating the issue.
Security reports currently reach the general support inbox. That is deliberate: a monitored shared inbox beats a dedicated address nobody reads.
Your data
What is collected, how long it is kept and who it is shared with are set out in the Privacy Policy. To export your organisation's records, use the CSV export on your dashboard. To have an account or an organisation deleted, write to support@wattscope.com.au from the address on the account.
Every figure this service reports is an estimate. If a number matters enough to argue about, it matters enough to ask us how it was derived — that is what the support address is for.
